"Heavenly Voices " -- Sunday, July 20, 2008

The Saddleback Master Chorale's 44th season reaches its climax on Sunday, July 20, with "Heavenly Voices", a concert of stunningly beautiful choral music. The concert will feature the well-loved "Cantique de Jean Racine", by Gabriel Faure and "Lux Aurumque", by one of our favorite new composers, the fast-rising young American master, Eric Whitacre. The centerpiece of the concert will be the powerful "Missa Sacra", by Robert Schumann, a rich and rewarding setting of the Mass.

Special bonus performance of "Heavenly Voices" -- Wednesday, July 23, 2008!!

We've added another performance of our summer season finale concert, "Heavenly Voices". We'll also be performing the beautiful music of Schumann, Faure and Whitacre on Wednesday, July 23, in Laguna Beach. No tickets will be needed for this performance - like our additional holiday show last year, this performance will be free, and you'll be invited to make a voluntary donation.
